General Terms and Conditions 1. Organizer ACENDIO – The Association for Common European Nursing Diagnoses, Interventions and Outcomes Postal Address: ACENDIO c/o Noordschans 44 4791 RJ Klundert, The Netherlands https://acendio.net/acendio/acendio-conference-2023/ 2.Registration Registration for the conference is definitive after payment is received by ACENDIO. After registration you will immediately receive confirmation by email. Subsequent changes on the registration are to be sent to the organizer by e-mail to secretary@acendio.net. No tickets will be sent to you. Your confirmation email (and if applicable, including student ID) will be your entry to the workshop. Registrations are possible until February 15, 2023. 3. Cancellation A free cancellation is possible until February 15, 2023. In case of later cancellations or non-appearance of the participant, ACENDIO will charge 100% of the participation fees. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to secretary@acendio.net. A subscribed participant can be replaced by another person without additional costs. For this purpose, please inform us of the replacing participant no later than March 1, 2023, by e-mail to secretary@acendio.net providing the valid registration information: name, credentials, position, email address. If a participant is not able to participate in the event or parts of the event due to illness, he/she has no claim to a refund or waiver of the participation fees. 4. Conference fees The participation fees include the Conference fee and content, and an individual ACENDIO membership fee for two years. – Early Membership fee € 370,- – Early Non-member fee € 410,- – Early Student fee € 180,- (with student ID) – Early Non-member student fee € 210,- (with student ID) – Late Membership fee € 420,- – Late Non-member fee € 460,- – Late Student fee € 230,- (with student ID) – Late Non-member student fee € 260,- (with student ID) ACENDIO can offer special discounts (e.g. for large student groups). In order to take advantage of such discounts, please contact ACENDIO and send the required information (e.g. on student names/certificates/University affiliation etc.) by email to secretary@acendio.net. A subsequent refund due to not submitted student certificates is not possible. No discounts will be granted retrospectively. 5.  Changes ACENDIO reserves the right to make program or mode changes (e.g. hybrid form), price changes, relocation or cancellation for urgent reasons. An urgent reason can be, for example, not reaching the necessary number of participants, official requirements (e.g. pandemic-related restrictions on the number of participants), due to which the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. In addition, no guarantee is given for the free choice of parallel sessions if individual sessions are fully booked due to space restrictions or maximum participant number reached. Should keynote speakers announced in the program be unable to attend, the organizer will provide an equivalent replacement. 6. Copyrights/rights of use The copyrights and rights of use of the data made available before, during and after the conference must be observed and granted. The permission to publish – even as extract – the documents provided by the conference organizer is limited to ACENDIO’s own materials and internal use. The conference documents may not be passed on to third parties or reproduced without the consent of the organizer. Presentations are not recorded. Due to copyrights and rights of use as well as personal rights we point out that the creation of audio, photo and video recordings by the participants during the conference is prohibited. 7. Data protection By registering, the participant agrees that ACENDIO may store and process his personal data for the purpose of handling the event, future membership services and provision of information. 8. Picture and video documentation Before, during and after the event there will be photo and/or film shots. Selected videos/photographs will be published by ACENDIO within the framework of internal and external reporting both in printed form (newspaper articles and/or event brochures/flyers) and online (ACENDIO website, social media, newsletter advertisements). These recordings are exclusively used for reporting and event management. 9. Certificate for attendees or presenters ACENDIO provides an attending certificate at the Conference. The names as written at registration will be used for the certificate.
